I’m Nafeesah, known as Fosh. I’m a model, media creator, and the founder of FoshPosh, built for people who want calm desire, confidence,  and a life that feels as good as it looks.

Modeling has taken me into high-visibility rooms where timing, presence, and perception matter. I’ve worked across runways, lifestyle, fitness, and entertainment spaces, and I’ve learned that the real edge is not just beauty. It’s composure. It’s discipline. It’s knowing how to stay grounded under pressure, stay polished when life gets loud, and still move with softness.

I grew up fast after losing both of my parents, and that loss shaped how I move through the world with tenderness, intention, and a deep respect for peace.

That is why I created the F.O.S.H. Method, a framework rooted in Focus, Ownership, Seductive Self-Command, and Healing With Discipline. FoshPosh is where I share the tools, routines, and experiences that help you rebuild your identity, elevate your presence, and stay steady no matter what the room is doing.
