Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns for physical products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, unused, and with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Digital products are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of technical issues or incorrect delivery.

2. Refunds

Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Digital products are refunded only if there is a technical issue preventing access.

3. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical item, please contact us within 7 days, and we will arrange a return or replacement.
